We’ve added a comprehensive page of the do’s and don’ts with our local landfills. Everything we won’t take, is because the landfill doesn’t accept it or it’s too heavy for our equipment. At the moment, we don’t accept concrete, rock, other very dense material, in addition to the items below.

PRICING

Simple, honest, no surprises.

For clutter removal, we price by truck space, not weight. Send us a few photos and we will send you a free estimate.

Your estimate is based on how much space your items take up in our truck. A single couch takes less space than a full garage cleanout. That is the only variable. No weight surcharges, no hidden disposal fees, no hourly clock running.

Most other companies will not give you an estimate until a crew is already at your door. We do it differently. SEND US PHOTOS of what needs to go, and we will send you a free estimate.

Onsite confirmation. Your estimate is confirmed on site before any work begins. If the job turns out to be smaller than expected, you pay less. If it is bigger, we tell you before we touch anything. Your card is not charged until you’re satisfied with your price and we start the work.

Minimum loads - a typical washer and dryer sized loads. Small table and chair, or recliner, etc.

Item specific removal - items like refrigerators, pianos, hot tubs, pool tables, etc that may have special requirements for disposal. For example, refrigerators require that the freon be removed and recycled correctly. We will let you know ahead of time if we see any items with special requirements.

Special handling requests - when you’d like us to pack items like china or glassware for donation. We can do that, but it falls outside our standard truck-space pricing because it takes extra time and materials. We quote it separately based on the job. Please note — we try to be careful, but we are clutter haulers, not movers. Anything we pack and transport may break and may not arrive in one-piece. That’s part of your risk with special handling requests.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

From first contact to clean space, here is exactly what to expect.

1. Tell us what you have

Book a pick up time online, or text us photos to request an estimate. We’ll respond within two hours. Either way, your time and day are locked in, and we’ll confirm final cost onsite before any work begins.

3. The clutter is loaded in the truck and ready for transportation.

We do a quick final walk around with you and make sure you’re happy with our work. With everything loaded, we’ll ask if there is anything else you may want removed and then we’re off.

2. We show up, ready to remove the clutter

30 minutes before we arrive, we will let you know we are on our way. We will arrive on time and confirm your estimate with the items you want removed

4. Responsible disposal.

We live in the area, so we do everything we can to limit what goes into the landfill. We donate, repurpose and recycle whenever possible. You can feel good knowing your items may be donated, dropped to a local charity, recycled, or reused whenever possible.
